Pocahontas.

Pocahontas is arguably one of the strongest of Disney princesses. She is a brave female warrior who strived to bring peace to her people while saving John Smith's life as well.

She was bold. She stood up for what she believes in. Standing up for what you believe in takes courage, but wouldn't you rather raise your voice and find your true love, rather than allow him to be mercilessly bludgeoned to death?

She also listened to her heart, stayed focused and followed the beat of her own drum.
Finally and importantly, she taught us that we shouldn't always choose the safest paths in life.

  Princess Jasmine, from 'Aladdin'.

In Aladdin, Princess Jasmine fights traditional norms and follows her heart to fight for what she wants. Jasmine was fearless as she challenged tradition and kept moving forward. Jasmine was sassy and independent. She taught us to be your own person. Don't be who everyone else wants you to be, be who you want to be.

She also taught us an important lesson. We are nobody's possession, so demand to be treated like a person and not a possession.

Finally, she also taught us that dreams do come true, there may be obstacles getting there but in the end, things will work out the way they are supposed to.

 Cinderella.

Cinderella never stopped dreaming! She had faith in her dreams.

She endured living with her cruel step-mother and step-sisters, she also had an optimistic attitude.
Cinderella was brave, she understood her self-worth and she took chances - she knew that she was more than a mere maid! Even after a long day of house work, she still had courage to say,"I may be treated like a housemaid, but I deserve to go to the royal ball too!" She refused to give up and believed in herself!

Cinderella also prove to us that no matter how the exterior looks to others, inner beauty will always shine through!

 Elsa, from Frozen.

Elsa helped Olaf's dream to become a reality by giving him his own personal flurry - the perfect, simple solution that no one predicted. She prove to him that nothing is impossible, and you should never let menacing odds discourage you from dreaming.

Elsa said "Let it go!" She said it the best: the past is in the past. Whatever's happened to you, whatever choices you've felt before today, make a decision to let it all go right now. No amount of worrying will change the past, but it will rob you of your chance for happiness in the present.

Elsa also taught us to be yourself, and never apologize for it.

Belle, from 'beauty and the beast'.

Belle was strong! She was able to look her opponent into the eye. Upon first glance at the beast, she was unshaken, she whispered to her father "I am not afraid"

Belle was never ashamed to be herself. Despite all the snarky comments and remarks the townspeople made about her for being odd or peculiar, she didn't allow their ridicule keep away from being intelligent. Belle's insatiable thirst for knowledge inspires us to learn something new everyday.

She was an intelligent and smart young lady who successfully unlocked the beastly, selfish prince from a magical spell. Don't let your fears get in the way of new experiences.

Remember that belle was also very courageous, kind and full of compassion.
